Take steps toward a fun and safe summer
This month, the “June Health Observance” is being safe. The summer can be a great time of year with road trips, campfires and spending time at lakes and pools. As much fun as these activities may be, they all come with some inherent risk, which can be minimized by taking some simple steps and practicing common sense.

Chair yoga classes continue at 360 Colborne
Learn some simple stretches to complete at your workstation at Chair Yoga classes, offered this summer at the District Office, 360 Colborne. You’ll also learn several stress-reduction techniques. Completing at least three classes will count toward your 2015 Wellness Initiative.

Classes will be noon to 12:45 p.m. at 360 Colborne in conference room F on the following Mondays: June 1, July 6 and Aug. 3.
