Prepare your site for Wellness Week, May 4-8
The first Wellness Week for Saint Paul Public Schools aims to provide students and staff with the opportunity to celebrate wellness and take part in activities. Throughout the week of May 4-8, there will be different wellness activities and themes each day.

Manage your stress by improving your resiliency
The “May Health Observance” is practicing resilience. Stress is part of our lives and something we can’t avoid, but what we can practice resilience and improve how we manage it. Staff can learn about resilience during a free presentation by our Employee Assistance Program 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday. May 4, at 360 Colborne in conference room B.

Practice Yoga in May at Harding
The May Yoga series will be at Harding Senior High School, 1540 E. Sixth St., in the wrestling room. The classes are free and open to all staff. Completing three classes in the series will qualify as a well-being activity for the wellness-initiative.
