Employee wellness

Complete your online health assessment by May 29
Completing your online health assessment through HealthPartners helps you understand your health better, as well as saves you healthcare costs.

If you complete your health assessment by May 29 you will be placed in a drawing to win a free three-month gym membership of your choice (up to $50 per month). Three winners will be selected. All permanent SPPS employees, COBRA participants, early retirees and spouses covered on the health plan are eligible for the drawing.

Ready. Set. Walk Around the Clock
Are you ready for a friendly competition? Sign up for the online, team-based Walk Around the Clock Challenge. Gear up for 150 minutes of activity each week for six weeks -- and take advantage of the warmer temps!

This friendly online competition will give you useful tools, tips and to-do lists to keep you on track. You can track your activity weekly and check out the competition. The team who tracks the most activity -- on average -- wins! Each participant of the winning team will receive a fitbit flex!

  • Step One: Gather a team of your colleagues (10 people maximum per team) and designate a team captain. The team captain must fill out this survey to register your team. Teams must be registered by Friday, March 27, to participate.
  • Step Two: Sign up between April 5-19 at healthpartners.com/wellbeing and click on Wellness Challenges. Sign up for the challenge – and select your team. Walk Around the Clock Challenge kicks off April 19 and continues through May 30. Track your activity at least once a week to complete the challenge.

Last chance to participate in free yoga offerings this year
Reduce stress and develop healthy and sustainable self-care practices with the help of a Saint Paul yoga company.

During the sessions you’ll:
