Save money on your health care costs
Those who complete a health assessment and activity could save hundreds or even thousands of dollars on their health costs each year by earning the preferred benefit from HealthPartners. To learn more about savings click here.

These savings will take place in the following year. That means that you and your covered spouse must complete both a health assessment and a wellness program by Oct. 23, 2015 to see savings in 2016.
