Gear up for a 'yumtastic' challenge
Get ready to have fun, eat better and feel great. Join the four-week yumPower Fruit and Veggie Challenge. The goal of the challenge is to increase the number of fruits and vegetables you eat each day. Keep track daily with a four-week tracker log. Discover tasty, good-for-you-foods that power your body and help you live the best life possible.

Join the competition
Sign up for the challenge from Monday, Jan. 26 through Sunday, Feb. 8, by clicking here or visiting employeewellness.spps.org. Completion of this challenge will count toward healthcare savings in 2016.

The yumPower Fruit and Veggie Challenge kicks off Feb. 9 and goes through March 8.

The Details:

  • Print or download the yumPOWER Fruit & Veggie Tracker scorecard and use it to log your participation.
  • Record the number of fruits and veggies you eat each day of the challenge.
  • Receive weekly email tips and recipes!
  • Send completed tracker with your name and HealthPartners member number to District Wellness by March 13 to be recognized as complete.
