Choose to be healthy this holiday season with the Holiday Weight Challenge
Get ready to enjoy the holidays, maintain weight and feel great with the six-week Holiday Weight Challenge. This challenge is fun, festive and gives you the tips and tools you need to succeed.

Did you know the average person gains a pound during the holiday season? Most people don’t lose that pound over the next year. Learn ways to celebrate and feel great with weekly newsletters and track your weight on your personal weight chart.

If you track all six weeks, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a fitbit, a personal activity tracking device that measures data such as the number of steps walked, quality of sleep and other personal metrics

Start today by registering anytime through Nov. 23. The Holiday Weight Challenge kicks off Nov. 24 and continues through Jan. 2.

It is not necessary to fill out your personal weight tracker to complete this challenge. You will be sent confidential weekly surveys to your email, which will qualify for program tracking. This tracker is for personal use only.
