Are you more active in the summer months? Increased activity is great for both your mind and body. However, some activities can lead to increased back pain. Learn how you can maintain a healthy back in a 45 minute presentation from HealthPartners Physicians Neck and Back Clinic experts at 360 Colborne!

All employees will benefit from learning exercises and stretches for your back muscles to help avoid an injury at work or at home, how to lift and carry heavy objects to avoid injury, and ergonomically healthy workstation setup. Don’t miss it!
