As summer schedules fill up, don’t wait until the last minute to complete the 2014 wellness initiative. Your participation can save money on your healthcare costs. Act now, and make sure you complete your health assessment and check out the available programs. There are new options this year like a HealthPartners mobile app and a program called Your Choice that gives you credit for the healthy choices you're already making.

Who is eligible?
All permanent Saint Paul Public Schools employees, COBRA participants, early retirees and spouses covered on the health plan.

Get started today

  1. Sign on to healthpartners.com/wellbeing. Log in using “SPPS” as the company name and your personal username and password. For help logging on, call HealthPartners at 952-883-7800 or 800-311-1052 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., CST.
  2. Take your health assessment by September 30, 2014
  3. Enroll in a well-being activity by September 30, 2014. Your program options will be listed on healthpartners.com/wellbeing or check out wellness.spps.org to learn about new offerings in 2014 specific to SPPS.

Not sure if you have completed the requirements for the 2014 program?
Log on to healthpartners.com/wellbeing to check your status. Look for the “Reward Box” on the right side of your screen; a green check will indicate everything has been completed.
