Earn your reward
The benefits of being healthy are endless. You’ll feel and look better, have more energy and even save money for completing your health assessment and well-being program.

Those who complete a health assessment and activity could save hundreds, or even thousands of dollars on their health costs each year by earning the preferred benefit from HealthPartners.

These savings take place the following year. That means that you and your covered spouse must complete both a health assessment and a wellness program by September 30, 2014 to see savings in 2015.
