HealthPartners will continue to offer yoga-based stress classes for the months of March, April and May.
Reduce stress and develop healthy and sustainable self-care practices with the help of a St. Paul-based yoga company:

  • Explore mindfulness, self-reflection, and intention-setting  through yoga-based movement.
  • Learn to manage your emotions, transitions and stress
  • Discover breathing techniques to lower heart rate, reduce stress,  increase lung capacity and enjoy other health benefits
  • Use yoga-based movement to deepen your connection to yourself and others while increasing your strength, flexibility and stamina
  • Learn to creatively and compassionately resolve conflicts, and make positive choices that respect and support yourself and others

No yoga experience or special equipment is necessary.

All classes require a pre-registration and space is limited to the first 30 people. Two classes will be offered in March at Nokomis North (map). Select your desired date to reserve your spot today.

Because of limited space, please only register for one class at this time. There will be more locations and times available over the next few months to accommodate varying schedules. Please wait for additional communication regarding classes upcoming in April and May.

A signed liability form must be filled out prior to class participation. Please sign and bring to the first class.
