Get ready to have fun, eat better and feel great. Join the four-week yumPower Fruit and Veggie Challenge. The goal is to increase the number of fruits and vegetables you eat each day. Keep track daily with a four-week tracker log. Discover tasty, good-for-you-foods that power your body and help you live the best life possible.

Earn healthcare savings in 2015 by completing this challenge.

The yumPower Fruit and Veggie Challenge kicks off February 10 and goes through March 9. Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign up for the challenge from January 27 through February 10.
  2. Print the yumPOWER Fruit & Veggie Tracker scorecard and use it to log your participation.
  3. Record the number of fruits and veggies you eat each day of the challenge.
  4. Send the completed tracker with your name and HealthPartners member number to District Wellness by March 14 to get credit for the activity.
