Monthly retirement insurance sessions 
Join the SPPS Human Resources Department at seminars throughout 2013-14 to discuss and learn about:

  • Personnel policies
  • Retiree insurance benefits
  • Severance program

RSVP: The seminars are open to all employees and their spouses; however, space is limited. If you would like to attend the seminars, email megan.jonesarko@spps.org with your name, if a spouse will be attending, employee ID, title and date of attendance. You will receive a confirmation email of your reservation. We cannot accept phone reservations.

The next session is Wednesday, October 23, from 4-6 p.m. at 360 Colborne Street, Room A.

Open enrollment meetings scheduled
Open Enrollment for benefits will be held November 4 through November 15, 2013, for the 2014 plan year, which begins January 1, 2014. Employees will be offered the opportunity to attend meetings to receive one-to-one assistance. All meetings will be held at 360 Colborne St:

If you would like to complete your online enrollment after your questions are answered at the informational meeting, the computer training lab will be available and Human Resources staff can assist you. It is the employee’s responsibility to complete his or her own online enrollment form.
