Employee wellness

Teacher Sheri Hastings: "Three years ago I quit smoking, have begun getting regular checkups, got a family membership to the YMCA and I have lost 35 pounds. I am a work in progress, but I am so grateful to have made it this far. I owe it to my 100-year-old self to be healthy now.”
