From the Superintendent: Concerns about the proposed 'Student Success Act'

I’d like you to be aware of some financial realities facing Saint Paul Public Schools and urban school districts nationwide. Because of congressional gridlock over the past several years, the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, also known as No Child Left Behind, was not reauthorized.

Video: AVID celebrates 10-year anniversary in SPPS

On Feb. 21, more than 100 district partners, community members and SPPS staff turned out to celebrate 10 years of student success through the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program.
