We are in the third year of Strong Schools, Strong Communities. The plan is as vital today as it was when the board adopted it in March 2010. I remember how much work it took to prepare for the board vote – and now I look back on all that we’ve done since then!

Welcoming students in kindergarten and pre-k back to school

On Monday, September 9, SPPS welcomed hundreds of students and their families to kick off the pre-k and kindergarten school years. Hear what staff had to say about the first day and what they envision for the rest of the year.
